Ranney Health Coaching and Training Brand, Marketing, and Website

Ranney Health Coaching and Training is a wellness practice specializing in pain management, personal training, and health coaching.

I worked to create the practice’s logo, brand design, website, print materials, and web copywriting and editing.

Website

A user-friendly professional polish

Ranney Coaching needed a professional-looking website on an easy-to-use backend. The site includes pages for each service as well as an about page, contact page, and resources section — a perfect fit for sharing Caryn’s deep knowledge of movements with her existing clients and creating content that can be found in a general search, which drives traffic to the RHCAT site.

Working with Caryn’s initial draft content, I copyedited the text on the site to adapt it to a web audience, weaving in search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, professional copywriting, cross-linking, and calls to action.

Content Marketing

Building know, like and trust

Content marketing refers to creating content — like blog posts, articles, handouts, and social media posts — that is geared toward gaining or retaining customers. It’s a great way to build a company that gains the “know, like and trust” factors, or getting your audience to know what you do, like what they find, and trust your expertise.

Great content works overtime

Building off of Caryn’s expertise, I started the content marketing process by pitching concepts for blog posts that doubled as print marketing materials on common pain points (literally!) potential clients face. The “simple stretches” series, with focusing on foot pain, lower back and hip pain, and neck and shoulder pain, has pulled triple-time by improving the site’s SEO (search engine optimization — which translates into gaining web traffic) while being a great resource to share with current clients and becoming a social media series of carousel-style Instagram posts.

Print Collateral

Business cards and stickers have a place in this world!

Though our society has transitioned to a heavily digital sphere, print collateral (like business cards, sticker design, resource handouts, etc) remains a powerful way to create a physical transaction with a potential customer. Physically handing a customer your card is a physical manifestation of a connection with them, and stickers create a lasting connection (and free word of mouth marketing) when a customer displays a part of your brand on their water bottle, laptop or phone.

Multi-use visual content

A unique form of content suited to RHCAT’s business model is a series of custom illustrations showing stretches and exercises. These are multi-use in the best ways — original work you can use again and again, in content marketing as mentioned above, creating custom workout or stretch regimens with illustrated poses for clients, and even finding a place on social media.
